A 2010-es brit F3-as bajnokság a sorozat hatvanadik kiírása. A szezon április 3-án, az Oulton Parkban kezdődött és szeptember 26-án ért véget Brands Hatch-ben. A versenynaptárt tíz helyszín alkotta, minden egyes helyszínen három versenyt rendeztek. A győztes a francia Jean-Eric Vergne lett, megelőzve két britet, James Caladót és Oliver Webbet.
